Oak Ridge will soon be getting a new retailer.
Hibbett Sports will be moving to the Illinois Crossing Shopping Center and locating between The Rush and Comcast.
Tony Cappiello, the principal broker of Cappiello Real Estate, said Hibbett Sports will be moving into a 5,200 square foot area. He said he was excited they had decided to come to Oak Ridge.
“I’ve been working with them on and off for two years,” he said. “They’ve been looking to move into Oak Ridge for about five years.”
Hibbett Sports sells sporting goods equipment and apparel for sports like football, soccer, baseball, basketball, weight lifting, general fitness, and boxing, according to their website.
Currently, they have over 750 Hibbett Sporting Goods stores in over 24 states including: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. |
