Change never ends, but I found this story in The New York Times a shocking reminder of just how much changes are happening abroad, which we're often not even aware of.
We get so into worrying about what all is happening around here that it's easy to forget sometimes.
Anyway, this story in The Times talks about how the Russian arms industry is in complete turmoil, and how Russia is actually considering buying four ships from France since they can't make them worth a flip themselves. But, this thought of buying from France has the defense industry in Russia up in arms, screaming about jobs, manufacturing, etc.
It's a great story. Read it here.
Onward and upward, Stan
