The Observer does all it can to make advertising affordable and workable for small businesses.

For orders under $300, we only require 50% of the balance to be paid upfront. The remainder of the balance is billed in a single invoice.

For orders over $300, we bill monthly following an up-front payment of 30 percent.

We also offer a 5 % discount for all prepaid orders.
